Achit-Erdene Darambazar is a Chairman at MICC where he focuses on restructuring and financing transactions. Mr. Achit-Erdene has over 15 years of investment banking experience and has built an extensive network of relationships across leading corporations, banks, hedge funds, other principal funds and private equity investors. He has executed and lead Mongolia’s major capital market deals including ETT Bond, Bogd Bank IPO etc. Achit-Erdene Darambazar holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College in Economics.
Gilles Guerrier De Dumast is a board member and advisor at MICC. Previously Gilles was Special Advisor to the French Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry. Gilles spent 18 years in London as head of Corporate Finance France with Deutsche Bank and a member of the European Management Committee; co-head of Credit Suisse First Boston France and sole continental European member of the bank’s Global Executive Board in New York and head of the European Strategic Derivatives Group at Bankers Trust. Gilles started his career with JP Morgan in Paris and New York.
Munkhzul Khurlee is a Chief Executive Officer at MICC where she leads all the corporate advisory capital market deals at our company. Mrs. Munkhzul has been working in the financial industry for the last eighteen years, building network and managing investment banking deals, as well as specializing in raising required capital for companies operating in various sectors. She has extensive network and expertise within the key sectors of Mongolia’s economy, working on financial advisory projects in mining, mining services, agribusiness, aviation, banking, manufacturing (food, beverage), trading, hospitality and real estate. Munkhzul Khurlee has a master’s degree in Development Economics from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom.
